Cops Warn Pink Cocaine Is Hitting The Streets

(Daily360.com) – There has been a strong emergence of a new drug called “pink cocaine” on the streets of New York City according to the city’s police department. It is a unique mixture of a variety of drugs, including cocaine, meth, MDMA, ketamine, caffeine, and opioids. The drug has been common in Columbia since 2010, but it is now flooding the streets of America thanks to criminal immigrant gangs.

The drug is called Tusi, also known as 2C, and has gained popularity as a designer drug for rich and powerful people. The NYPD has been warning the public about increased gang activity, including robberies and pick-pocketers with gang members as young as 15. Police forces are becoming increasingly concerned about connections between the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua and MS13. The notable Venezuelan gang is going to the migrant shelters to recruit new members as part of an organized crime scheme that local authorities have compared to the mafia.

The gang activity has also hit the retail market in New York and other major cities in the country as mass organized retail theft continues to proliferate. Illegal immigrant crime in L.A. has significantly increased with the arrests of more than 73,000 illegal immigrants that have prior criminal histories. The average illegal immigrant arrested in L.A. has four charges and/or convictions per person. This includes a wave of violent crime with over 33,000 assaults and more than 1,700 homicides.

The drug is considered to be a cheap party drug for club-goers and has allegedly been enjoyed by rap mogul P. Diddy. A lawsuit against the rapper accuses his ex-girlfriend of delivering “pink cocaine” to him in April. Even though it has the nickname of “pink cocaine,” the synthetic concoction is mostly ketamine. The mixture is likely to be different based on the source, because it contains many ingredients. The pink color comes from food coloring, the only ingredient that won’t provide a high for users.
