Nick Cannon Announces Baby #12 – Less Than a Week After Baby #11
(Daily360.com) – California native Nick Cannon started performing in front of a crowd at the tender age of 8. Since then, the talent branched into comedy, television, movies, and music. In the spring of 2008, the artist married singer Mariah Carey, with whom he remained wed for six years. Carey gave birth to twins, Moroccan and Monroe, during their marriage — they would be the first of many children for Cannon.
On November 4, Abby De La Rosa, the mother of a set of twins she shares with Cannon, appeared to indicate on Instagram that she would be having another baby. On November 11, she gave birth to Beautiful Zeppelin Cannon, the singer’s 11th child. Alyssa Scott, the mother of Cannon’s late son Zen, is also pregnant, and he is the father of that baby, as well. The announcements about the 11th and 12th pregnancies came just five days apart.

Family news isn’t the only chatter that has surrounded Cannon. The prolific father was the subject of controversy over statements he made years ago that the public had viewed as “perpetuating anti-Semitism.” In July 2020, Click on Detroit reported ViacomCBS called him out for his words, announcing the company was “cutting ties” with the celebrity because he refused to “acknowledge or apologize for” his behavior. Cannon later asked forgiveness from his “Jewish sisters and brothers” on Twitter.
First and foremost I extend my deepest and most sincere apologies to my Jewish sisters and brothers for the hurtful and divisive words that came out of my mouth during my interview with Richard Griffin.
