(Daily360.com) An illegal alien who has been deported at least eight times over the past two decades has allegedly committed homicide in Ohio. Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez currently sits in a Butler, Ohio jail after police discovered a body in Hamilton, Ohio, on the afternoon of April 1st following a 911 call. Garcia-Gutierrez has been charged with a myriad of crimes including premeditated murder, carrying concealed weapons, using weapons while intoxicated, and possession of illegal narcotics.
According to records, the now 46-year-old Garcia-Gutierrez was first arrested in the United States in 2001. Since that time he’s known to have used at least seven different names with three different birthdays while residing in the country illegally. Sheriff Richard Jones of Butler County told the media, Garcia-Gutierrez is a known gang member and has been charged with more than 20 crimes during his time in the United States. Ohio is holding Garcia-Gutierrez on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer, unlike other states that refuse to cooperate with the agency due to their self-granted “sanctuary” policies regarding illegal aliens.
Jones said the person Garcia-Gutierrez is alleged to have killed would be alive today if not for the Biden administration’s border policies and said all states are now border states. An exasperated Sheriff Jones told reporters that he believes there is a high likelihood that Garcia-Gutierrez has been involved in more murders and crimes than they know about. He said in the US he’s committed domestic abuse, had several weapons charges, and quite a few law enforcement encounters while intoxicated.
Jones speculated that Garcia-Gutierrez has likely committed a number of felonies in Mexico that US authorities are not aware of. Jones then pointed to photos of Joe Biden, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and US Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and said they “are the cause of” the illegal alien crime wave. He said the border invasion must stop because innocent people are being killed.
